Terms & Conditions

By booking and/or attending services with TempleFit Athletics, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Services

We provide faith-based coaching and clinic services designed for personal growth, support, and wellness. These services are not a substitute for licensed medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment.

2. Appointments

Sessions must be scheduled in advance.

We reserve the right to reschedule sessions due to emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Payment

Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.

Accepted payment methods include cash, checks, venmo, etc.

4. Refunds & Rescheduling

Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee (up to the full session cost).

Refunds: Refunds are generally not offered once a service has been rendered. Refunds for unused, prepaid sessions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

No Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice may result in forfeiture of the session fee.

5. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for:

Attending sessions on time.

Communicating honestly and respectfully.

Understanding that results may vary and are not guaranteed.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TempleFit Athletics is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Indiana.
